Our machine center’s allow us to process your parts up to five sides in a single operation with automation. One of the many advantages of machining a part on five sides is the production of complex parts with close tolerances in a reduced amount of operations. This ensures meeting quality standards while decreasing the overall run time equals a faster turnaround time for our clients.

We are committed to continuous improvement in all areas of quality: inspection, document control and training. Our processes which include documentation and data control, process controls, calibration of measuring equipment, First Article Inspections of all parts, in-process inspections and Final Inspections are held to the highest standards. All material and processing certificates are saved through our local server and immediately accessible to ensure timely and accurate referencing when necessary.

All Pacific West CNC Inc. inspection equipment is calibrated in accordance with and traceable to the requirements.
